COVID-19 GUIDLINES

  • We are very greatful for your cooperation, patience and understanding during this difficult time. Your health and safety is our first and foremost priority and we remain focused on ensuring that you receive the best care you need safely during this challenging time.We want to assure you that ours office have always practiced “universal precautions,” the highest standard of infection control. 

  • APPOINTMENTS: All appointments currently scheduled are subject to change to follow any change guidelines.

  • CERTIFICATION: We are also trained and received BARBICIDE COVID-19 CERTIFICATION and BARBICIDE CERTIFICATION for SANITATION AND DISINFECTION. This is added to our standards of 1100 hours Electrolysis training in the state of Massachusetts. Licensed Electrologist are one the most highly trained in sanitation, disinfection and sterilization of all service professional.

  • SANITATION: We sanitize, disinfect and sterilize the instruments after each use or dispose off the ones that can not be disinfected or sterilized. We are keeping sufficient time in between each appointments, so that we can sanitize and disinfect the area thoroughly and limit the contact.

  • DISINFECTION: We always disinfect our office with hospital grade disinfectant.

  • STERILIZATION: Some instruments need to be sanitize and sterilized before use. We sterilize the instruments in dry heat sterilizer after each use.

  • HEALTH SCREENING: All customers are required to complete COVID-19 Health Screening protocol. We ask specific COVID-19 health screening questions and check touch-less temperature prior to your appointment.

  • FACE MASK: We require all clients to wear the face mask or face covering in the clinic throughout their service as much possible.

  • HAND SANITATION: All clients will be asked to sanitize their hand as they enter the clinic for the treatment. NO GLOVES PLEASE. If you need or want one, we will provide you new pair, but do not enter with the gloves you use outside the clinic as those can carry germ form outside touching.

  • COVID-19 PREVENTION: We are trained to prevent the transmission of infectious diseases like COVID-19. 

  • FREQUENT SANITATION: We have increased disinfecting protocols including waiting room, front desk, front doors and all surfaces in the clinic. 

  • AT ARRIVAL: Please CALL upon arrival. Wait outside or in your car and we will call or text you back to confirm you to come in for your appointment in order to limit the contact with other clients.

  • We are wearing the recommended Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as masks, gloves, face shields and googles.

  • In order for the safety of yours and ours, we will minimize the social conversation at this time, however we will answer all your queries.

  • Please do not bring guests (family or friends) when you come for your appointment.

COVID -19 SAFTY PRECAUTIONS

We will not be able to treat the clients who are feeling the following symptoms: 

  • Have been exposed to the virus that causes COVID-19 less than 14 days prior to their scheduled appointment. 

  • Have traveled outside the MA area to a red zone state within the last 14 days. 

  • Fever ( temperature of 100 degrees or above ), felt feverish, or had chills.

  • Cough.

  • Sore Throat.

  • Difficulty in breathing.

  • Gastrointestinal symptoms ( diarrhea, nausea, vomiting )

  • Fatigue.

  • Headache.

  • Loss of smell/ taste.

  • New muscle aches.

  • Runny nose or congestion.
