Cancellations & Rescheduling Policy

We want every appointment to run smoothly and on time, for you and for every client after you. These policies help us do that fairly for everyone.

Booking

We're by appointment only. To guarantee your spot, please book online, or call or text us at (857) 500-9015 in advance — we can't guarantee availability for walk-ins if we're fully booked.

A card on file is required to reserve your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You can reach us by phone, text, or email — if we don't pick up, a text or email ensures we get your message in time.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments without notice, may result in a fee. Fee details vary by treatment type and are outlined in the consent form you'll review and sign before your first appointment.

Late Arrival

Please arrive on time — each appointment has a fixed time slot reserved for you. If you arrive late, your treatment time will be shortened accordingly, as we're unable to extend into the next client's reserved time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be treated as a cancellation and charged accordingly, since we're unable to accommodate the full treatment in the remaining time.

Prepaid Packages & Gift Cards

Prepaid packages and gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable to another treatment or another person.

Children in Treatment Areas

For safety and privacy, children are not permitted in treatment areas during appointments.
