Sun exposure stimulates the skin to produce excess melanin, which can accumulate in localized areas and appear as brown spots, freckles, and uneven pigmentation.
IPL delivers carefully selected wavelengths of light that are absorbed by pigment in the skin. The Nordlys™ IPL handpiece is applied to the treatment area and delivers controlled pulses of light.
Most clients describe the sensation as a brief snapping or warm feeling with each pulse.

Your skin is cleansed and prepared for treatment.
Protective eyewear is provided to protect your eyes from the intense light.
